Once you have submitted this information, we will check availability of the tutor for your preferred dates and times. Depending on the time zone of where the tutor lives and his or her immediate workload, we might not be able to respond to you immediately. We will however email or telephone you as soon as we possibly can to arrange the final details.
All classes must be paid for in advance. This can be done either by credit card over the telephone or by posting a cheque. If paying by cheque, please allow 5 days for it to clear before your first class is due to take place.
