Every week, we choose a star interpreter. This week it is Ania, one of our Polish interpreters based in Southampton.
When we received an urgent request for a professional Polish interpreter to assist a family visiting a relative in hospital in Southampton over Christmas, Ania re-jigged her schedule so that she could get to the hospital within the hour. Our Polish interpreter even agreed to assist out of office hours and on public holidays to make sure that the family could spend as much time as possible with their relative over the Christmas period.
