Hook, Hampshire Pupils Learn Portuguese Translation Skills
We are impressed! Just as long as these talented kids don’t put our Hampshire based translators and interpreters out of a job though.
Apparently pupils at a school in Hook, Hampshire were set the challenge of learning Portuguese in three months, and one of the pupils, Charlie Ford, beat hundreds of other hopefuls in other regions to qualify for the semi final of Eurotalk Junior Language Challenge.
We obviously wish Charlie the best of luck. We suspect it is only a matter of time before he applies to join our team of qualified and professional translators and interpreters currently covering all areas of Hampshire including Winchester, Southampton, Portsmouth, Bournemouth, Basingstoke and Newport. Charlie’s choice of learning Portuguese is a good one, and I guess he will need to complete an MA in Translation and Interpreting first, but remember we also regularly complete translations and supply interpreters in languages as diverse as French, German, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Arabic, Bengali, Punjabi, Romanian and Russian.
