The Tendring and Colchester Minority Ethnic Partnership for example support speakers of Arabic, Bengali, Gujarati, French, Turkish, Urdu, Chinese and Polish by providing translation and interpreting services.
Other supporting organisations in this region of Essex include: Colchester African Caribbean Community, Colchester Bangladeshi Mohila Somity, Colchester Chinese Culture Society, Colchester Hindu Cultural and Heritage Centre, and the Colchester Nepalese Society. These groups in turn have been supported by Colchester Borough Council, Tendring District Council, Essex County Council and Colchester Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnership.
