Medical Website Translation
Excellent news. Knockhundred has been chosen to translate and localise a website into 9 languages: German, Spanish, French, Russian, Finnish, Portuguese, Romanian, Estonian and Arabic.
Not so pleased about the subject matter given it is me managing the project, and the subject is decidedly medical. The others in the office accuse me of being a hypochondriac, but seriously, I do seem to have appropriate symptoms for most medical conditions...
Knockhundred Translations gets a lot of medical translation assignments in loads of different languages. We are often asked to translate pharmaceutical documents and packaging as well as translating websites for medical organisations and marketing translations for advertising agencies.
Moving away from my hang-ups, I dealt with my first Chamorro language enquiry today. I probably should have known this, but apparently Chamorro is spoken by around 50,000 people in Guam. You’re going to ask me where Guam is next, aren’t you?
